Project Story
Mayfield Heights is a suburb of Cleveland Ohio. With the revival of the Cleveland area, this community showcases the historical elements from the steel mills to the river, mixed with a current design color palette that relates to colorful gardens and beautiful waters. This building has been designed with short corridors and large central common areas with a cupola that allows large amounts of light to shine throughout. Mayfield Heights opens in the first quarter of 2017.
