Project Story
Magnolia Springs is a quality senior living community with a country club feel. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are surrounded by timeless and classic transitional design. Featured areas include a piano lounge, theater, sunrooms, game rooms and various porches with amazing views. It has on average 72 assisted-living units and 20 memory-care units, depending on location.
We currently have communities in Louisville, KY(2), Lexington, KY, Indianapolis, IN(2) and Florence, KY.
